Shakeela Naz is the founder of S.Naz.Rajput Global Entrepreneurship Pvt Ltd. She is an Engineer, Entrepreneur, Retd Squadron leader of the Airforce, Financial Consultant, and Corporate Governance Specialist.
A strategic and transformational leader with over 20 years of experience in the engineering, entrepreneurship, and financial service sectors, Developed and executed both strategic and tactical initiatives to address business-critical issues in all operational phases including start-up and turnaround situations. Led diversified geographical workforces and secured a reputation for ensuring good governance combined with productivity and creativity. Expert in project management and employee engagement by using tried and trusted principles and frameworks.
